| Description English: | Since the beginning of 1438H the Saudi Ministry of Labour and Social Development applied an amendment to the Labor Law, to raise the efficiency of the work environment and preserve the rights of the parties to the labor relationship. Under the new amendments, the ministry developed a unified employment contract (for Saudi and non-Saudi) the unified contract is attached. Note: the contract parties can have the right to add other clauses do not contradict with the Labor Laws. |
